Welcome to the Matanuska Susitna Valley Chapter (MSVC) of the American Payroll Association. On behalf of the Payroll Professionals in the State of Alaska, I'd like to welcome you to our web site. This site has been created to provide payroll professionals and their colleagues information regarding the happenings of the MSVC of the American Payroll Association (APA).
The MSVC is open to anyone involved in payroll, human resources, compensation, benefits, and accounting fields. We invite you to come in and learn more about our dynamic group of payroll professionals!
OUR MISSION
The Members of the MSVC are dedicated to providing public service education to the national workforce on payroll taxation and employment related issues. The MSVC strives to obtain recoginition for payroll, as practiced in today's business and legislative environments, as a professional discipline.
